We stand behind everything in the vault. If something's wrong, we'll make it right. Here's how it works.
Changed your mind? We get it. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. The product needs to be unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping is on you, unless the mistake was ours.
Once we receive and inspect the return, you'll get a full refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If something arrived broken, damaged, or just isn't what you ordered, that's on us and we'll make it right. Reach out within 15 days of delivery and we'll either replace it or refund you in full. We'll cover return shipping. You don't need to send back a working item to get help. A photo and a description is enough to get things moving.
Some products in the vault are limited runs with no restock planned. The X6 bundle is one of them. We don't accept change-of-mind returns on limited-run items, but the defective and wrong-item policy above still applies in full. If it arrived broken or wrong, we'll sort it out.
